张涛,男,1992年2月生,山东德州人,理学博士,主要从事益生菌开发与应用、功能性乳制品、乳源功能因子等方面的研究。发表SCI论文30余篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者在Food Chemistry和Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊发表论文10余篇,参与授权发明专利8项 。
