个人简介:
王浩鹏,籍贯山西省汾阳市,中共党员。2024年12月毕业于大连工业大学食品91国产自拍,获得博士学位,2025年2月加入宁波大学91国产自拍
。研究方向为食品中微塑料毒性评估与风险防控。迄今以第一作者和参与作者在《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Food Chemistry》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、食品与发酵工业等期刊发表论文7篇。
