个人简介:
万盈,工学博士,主要从事蛋白质超分子结构构建及营养功能化研究,包含蛋白质结构改性、蛋白质-多糖相互作用、乳液递送系统开发、蛋白质凝胶等。以第一作者或共同一作在《ACS Nano》《Carbohydrate Polymers》《Food Chemistry》《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》《Chemical Engineering Journal》等期刊上发表相关论文7篇,担任Food Hydrocolloids期刊审稿人。
